I am an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Mobility with progressive experience in customer service, sales, branch operations and team leadership. Since joining the organization, I have advanced from Management Trainee to Assistant Branch Manager, earned consistent statewide recognition and been selected to provide management coverage across multiple Indiana branches.

In my current role, I help lead operations for a branch averaging approximately 350 vehicles and support a team of eight employees. I also helped improve employee retention from 60% to 100% over eight months. In May and June 2026, I ranked among Indiana’s top 10 Daily Rental Assistant Branch Managers and maintained top-half statewide performance for four consecutive months.

With a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a minor in psychology, I bring a strong understanding of communication, audience needs and human behavior to my work. My background in digital content and campaign development adds a creative perspective to how I lead, solve problems and build relationships.
